Yes, it looks like a good buy to me. It is a factory refurbished model, which is fine. They are often even better than new as they have been hand inspected and gone through. There is also a 90 day warranty just in case.
So yea, I would say go for it if you like.

webcam showing a blk screen?
webcam not workin..tried usin 2 cams on comp…both r jus showin blk screen…already tried uninstallin and reinstallin the software for the cam…already tried pluggin the USB into a diffrent port…and yes the cam is on…no its not point at the ceiling or wall either…and yes the lens is off…

Have you tried:
1. Getting update drivers from company.
2. Check under the Device Manager and make sure that it has loaded correctly (no yellow or red icons).
